If you have any issues with the property, please raise this straight away with the Managing Agent, rather than waiting until your return home. Most issues or problems can be rectified quickly, meaning you can then enjoy the rest of your holiday, but the sooner you alert us to a problem the sooner we can assist. Please let the managing agent know about any breakages or damages before you leave.
To save energy and keep the property secure, please turn the heating down or off and secure windows and doors before you go out.
If you are unsure off how to use any of the appliances, please contact the managing agent who will be happy to help.
You should not allow any guests to stay without making the managing agents aware and the property should never be occupied above the stated sleeping capacity.
Please do not smoke in the apartment or on the balconies.
